    數控車床的發展
           為適(shi)應全(quan)球制(zhi)造行(xing)(xing)業(ye)的(de)需求,數(shu)(shu)控(kong)系(xi)統網(wang)(wang)絡化是(shi)必然發展(zhan)方(fang)向。網(wang)(wang)絡可以把世界上的(de)資源進(jin)行(xing)(xing)最優(you)配置(zhi),數(shu)(shu)控(kong)系(xi)統的(de)網(wang)(wang)絡化最先(xian)是(shi)企業(ye)內(nei)部(bu)的(de)數(shu)(shu)控(kong)系(xi)統網(wang)(wang)絡化,數(shu)(shu)控(kong)之間通過企業(ye)內(nei)部(bu)局域網(wang)(wang)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)相互通信,然后再經由因特網(wang)(wang)通向企業(ye)外(wai)部(bu),這就(jiu)是(shi)所謂(wei)的(de)Inter-net/Internet技術。這樣就(jiu)把世界上幾乎所有的(de)數(shu)(shu)控(kong)系(xi)統聯系(xi)起來,促成了(le)世界資源的(de)優(you)化配置(zhi)。
            隨著加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效率的提高(gao),人(ren)們對物質(zhi)需求(qiu)的大(da)量增加,數控(kong)(kong)系統(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作時(shi)(shi)間越(yue)來越(yue)長,這(zhe)就必然需要數控(kong)(kong)系統(tong)在(zai)長時(shi)(shi)間內能(neng)(neng)夠保證其穩(wen)定性,加工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的產品才(cai)能(neng)(neng)合格(ge)。這(zhe)就對數控(kong)(kong)系統(tong)提出了高(gao)可(ke)靠(kao)性的要求(qiu),對于每(mei)天(tian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作兩(liang)班的無(wu)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠而言,如果要求(qiu)在(zai)16小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)內連(lian)續(xu)正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作、無(wu)故(gu)障(zhang)率達99%以(yi)上(shang),則數控(kong)(kong)車床的平均無(wu)故(gu)障(zhang)運(yun)行時(shi)(shi)間就必須(xu)大(da)于3000小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)。這(zhe)就要求(qiu)數控(kong)(kong)配置(zhi)、主軸及伺服驅動等的平均無(wu)故(gu)障(zhang)運(yun)行時(shi)(shi)間必須(xu)在(zai)10萬小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)以(yi)上(shang)。日本FANUC系統(tong)早在(zai)20世紀80年(nian)代末就能(neng)(neng)夠達到這(zhe)種高(gao)可(ke)靠(kao)性的要求(qiu),現在(zai)正(zheng)向更高(gao)可(ke)靠(kao)性方向發展。
            在生產過程(cheng)中,往(wang)往(wang)發現這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)現象:一(yi)個零件本(ben)身(shen)被刀具加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間不長,而工(gong)(gong)(gong)人裝(zhuang)夾的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間有時(shi)(shi)(shi)候大(da)于加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間。這(zhe)種(zhong)在零件加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中大(da)量(liang)的(de)(de)無功效(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間對(dui)于生產來說是(shi)不利(li)的(de)(de),所(suo)以(yi)現代(dai)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化高(gao)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠一(yi)般(ban)的(de)(de)數(shu)控車床(chuang)配有工(gong)(gong)(gong)件搬(ban)運、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)上下料、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)換刀等系(xi)統(tong),可以(yi)盡(jin)可能降低這(zhe)些無功效(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間。這(zhe)種(zhong)能夠把多種(zhong)不同功能的(de)(de)系(xi)統(tong)整合(he)在一(yi)臺數(shu)控車床(chuang)的(de)(de)過程(cheng)就(jiu)是(shi)數(shu)控系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)負荷化。
